We hope you join us to learn about medicinal herbs and pollinator-caring plants. growing in our gardens. and meet local herbalists like Journei, April, Zoe and Cynthia.

Ken Walker, a professional ethnobotanist will lead a walk around noon. He is eager to share his thoughts on how we redefine relationships to plants called invasive through cultural knowledge and practice (similar to some of the concepts espoused by Wendy Applequist in Love to Death: Turning invasive into local economic opportunities).
